Designer Martin Emila has designed what is possibly the world’s ultimate multimedia chair, aptly named the Media Chair. The pod-like shape looks to be as comfortable as your mother’s womb, and an iPod dock is seamlessly integrated into the body. The headrest includes a built-in 3-way speaker for surround sound and on the left side is placed a compact projector for video projections. Pretty cool.
However, it’s just a concept for now. So you hermits will have to watch videos all day instead of engaging in real human contact through some other means. For the time being at least.
