Mobiado, maker of fine cell phones everywhere, has released the Classic 712EM phone. This phone is an update of sorts to it’s Classic 712ZAF line. The inside specs of said phone are exactly the same but that’s where the similarities end. Check out the beautiful wood finish on this thing! No two phones are alike. The designers said they are each as rare as a beautiful oak tree. Not quite as environmentaly friendly but I digress. The exotic wood is inlaid into an anodized aluminum frame, which is crafted from aircraft aluminum. The Classic 712EM is available in four versions: Cocobolo, Ebony, Burl White and Burl Black. The phones are unlocked and will work with any service provider.
Mobiado continues to plunge head first into the world of luxury handsets with the new 105GMT series. The company has released two new handsets, the 105GMT Stealth and the 105GMT Antique. Both units were inspired by military stealth aircraft, featuring aluminum and sapphire crafting. The Stealth unit features aircraft aluminum and anodized black and sapphire crystal buttons, which are hand painted in black. The Antique model is crafted in tue traditional Eurpoean style, featuring rose gold, diamond, sapphire crystal, and Cocobolo hardwood. Yeah, these things look damned cool.
The 105GMT Stealth and Antique also throw a watch into the mix. This watch features a unique dual mechanical movement mechanism, which allows for the user to set two international time zones. Each Swiss gold-plated mechanical watch movement contains 25 jeweled bearings, with a self-winding automatic mechanism. Kind of like having a really expensive, really cool, pocket watch in addition to a phone.
Pricing has yet to be determined although the company did note there would only be 117 combined units manufactured.
Canadian high-end phone manufacturer Mobiado is readying their flagship phone, the 350 Pioneer. This luxury-phone is actually crafted from spacecraft aluminum and features a sapphire crystal inlay. The infrared window is made from a solid piece of ruby crystal, and the buttons are a combination of sapphire crystal and stainless steel. It also comes equipped with the usual bells and whistles: Multimedia capabilities, a 3.2 megapixel camera, a 2.36″ 16 million colors display, integrated GPS, and Bluetooth and micro USB connectivity. It can also make phone calls. They are only making 37 of these beasts, to signify the number of years the Pioneer has been in space. A pricepoint has yet to be established.
Also, in case you havn’t noticed, that is one gorgeous phone. Bring it home to mother level gorgeous
